HOW LONG IS MY ACCURIST WATCH GUARANTEED FOR?
All Accurist watches come with a standard guarantee against manufacturing defects for a period of two years. We also offer a free five year guarantee, from date of purchase, to find out more about our extended guarantee click here.
IS THE ACCURIST WATCH BATTERY, STRAP AND BRACELET COVERED BY THE GUARANTEE?
Accurist does not guarantee batteries, straps or bracelets.

THE BRACELET ON MY ACCURIST WATCH IS TOO SMALL OR TOO LARGE. HOW CAN I ADJUST IT?
Download the Accurist Bracelet Gauge PDF to establish what type of bracelet your watch has. If your watch has a Sliding clasp, Adjustable clasp or Link adjustment, follow the instructions on the Bracelet Gauge document to alter the size of the bracelet.
Other types of bracelet will require specialist tools to adjust and Accurist offer a free of charge service to do this.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ACCURIST WATCH IS WATER RESISTANT?
REVIEW
If your watch is water resistant it will clearly state “Water Resistant” or have a static water pressure indication (e.g. 30/50/100/200 metres) on the dial and/or case back. Buttons must NOT be operated while in contact with water.

WHAT DO THE WATER RESISTANT MARKINGS MEAN?
30M – Suitable for normal everyday use and will resist exposure to splashes and rain. It is NOT designed to be used while bathing or swimming.
50M – As 30 metres plus bathing and swimming.
100M – As 50 metres plus poolside diving and snorkelling, but NOT high board or SCUBA diving.
200M – As 100 metres plus SCUBA diving but NOT high board diving.
50M – As 30 metres plus bathing and swimming.
100M – As 50 metres plus poolside diving and snorkelling, but NOT high board or SCUBA diving.

HOW CAN I IDENTIFY MY ACCURIST WATCH?
Most Accurist watches have a four digit model number on the case back, generally, starting with a “7".

We are very sorry if you receive a watch that is faulty. If this happens, please fill in the table on the delivery note with an explanation of the fault. Place your order back into its original packaging with the invoice slip inside.

Yes, you can track your Accurist order! When we send you an email confirming that your order has been dispatched, you will also receive an email from your courier to track your order.

UK Returns
Orders can be returned within 28 working days from delivery. Returns on UK Mainland orders are free. This excludes Northern Ireland and other excluded non Mainland UK postcodes. Click here to learn more.
If you wish to return an order within this time period, the product must be unworn and in its original condition. We do not accept returns on any products that are engraved. Furthermore, if you have received any additional products with your purchase this too must be returned in its original condition. Should you wish to return a gift set that includes earrings, you may only return these within the 28 working day period if the seal is unbroken on the earring package.

For orders delivered through Royal Mail, please visit our returns portal and enter your order number and postcode to locate your order. Select the faulty item and select the reason ‘exchange’. Press ‘submit request’ and then your label will be ready to print.
Simply then print your returns label, stick it on your package and then drop your return off at your nearest Post office location. You will be updated on the status of your return via email or text.
Once we have received your return, it will take around 14 working days for us to repair your watch and send it back to you. However, at particular times during the year, our repairs team may be very busy. If after 14 working days, you have still not received your repaired watch, please contact customerservice@accurist.com to find out the status of your repair.

Accurist X Sarah Alexander Gift Sets
WHAT MATERIAL IS SARAH ALEXANDER JEWELLERY MADE FROM?
All Sarah Alexander jewellery featured in the Accurist X Sarah Alexander gift sets are made from the highest quality 925 Sterling Silver. Solid Sterling Silver is highly durable and is the perfect choice for designing jewellery and everyday wear.
WHAT IS 14ct GOLD VERMEIL PLATING?
Vermeil plating is Gold plated onto solid 925 grade Silver. This needs to be a thick layer of plating so the Gold needs to be 14k in purity or higher.
WHAT IS 14ct ROSE GOLD PLATING?
This is the same process as with Gold Vermeil but using 14k Rose Gold over Sterling Silver instead of yellow Gold.
WHAT IS RHODIUM PLATING?
Rhodium is the most expensive of all the precious metals, including Gold, due to its rarity as part of the Platinum family of metals. Rhodium is highly resistant to scratching and tarnishing. Sarah Alexander use Rhodium plating over 925 Silver for high shine and a darker Silver effect.

Sarah Alexander proudly works with genuine minerals. All gemstone designs are crafted in India where the studio specialises in hand cutting semi-precious stones and setting them by hand. Sarah Alexander also works hard through their partnerships and sourcing around the world to ensure ethical materials are used. All gemstones in Sarah Alexander Jewellery are sourced from reputable partners who have undergone Smeta Audits to ensure safe working conditions, best practises and fair wages.

IS MY GIFT SET COVERED UNDER THE ACCURIST 5 YEAR EXTENDED GUARANTEE?
Only your Accurist watch is covered by Accurist's extended 5 year guarantee. If you wish to register your watch for the extended guarantee, click here. The 5 year extended guarantee is not applicable to Sarah Alexander jewellery. All Sarah Alexander jewellery goes through rigorous quality testing and control process to ensure it is of the highest quality but is not guaranteed by Accurist.
HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR SARAH ALEXANDER JEWELLERY.
The most effective way to preserve your jewellery is to store it in the provided pouch and to avoid storing jewellery mixed together in a box as this can cause scratching of the plating and dulling of the high shine finish. CAN I WEAR SARAH ALEXANDER JEWELLERY IN THE SHOWER?
Avoid contact with any cleaning products or chemicals, remove jewellery before showering or bathing as it can affect the metals and do not swim in pools or sea whilst wearing the jewellery as the chlorine and other substances can cause tarnishing.
HOW CAN I BEST STORE MY SARAH ALEXANDER JEWELLERY?
Sarah Alexander recommends that you store your jewellery in the original pouch provided. This will stop the plating from getting scratched, chains from getting tangled or tarnishing of the jewellery. If you live in a humid climate, it is also recommended that you keep your jewellery in the original plastic bag inside the pouch to protect it from the humid air.
HOW CAN I CLEAN MY SARAH ALEXANDER JEWELLERY?
To clean metal only jewellery, it is recommended that you use a microfibre polishing cloth to make your jewellery shine, or if you are looking to remove dirt or tarnishing, Sarah Alexander recommend using Town Talk Silver Polish cloths. Gentle rub to restore your jewellery. Every few years, it is recommended that you deep clean your jewellery. You can do this by using a Silver Dip such as Goddards or Jonelle. Dip your jewellery for a few seconds before rising with clear water and drying with a soft cloth. To clean jewellery containing gemstones, Sarah Alexander recommend using Town Talk Silver Polish cloths with no chemicals added. Do not dip any jewellery with gemstones or pearls. ARE THERE TRACES OF NICKEL IN THE JEWELLERY?
Sarah Alexander jewellery is nickel free. There is no nickel used in the production of the jewellery and their studios do not use or store nickel.
